What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa/MasterCard) AMEX and Paypal for monthly or annual accounts. Checks or money orders will be accepted on  annual accounts only.

We use PayPal to process credit card payments so you can be assured that your credit card information will never be available to anyone.

How often am I billed?

Your credit card will be charged on the billing day that you signed up on a monthly basis or on an annual basis, which is your renewal date that is included in your welcome e-mail.

What is your policy on disconnecting accounts with late/no payments?

We do not automatically disconnect accounts who fail to pay a late or no payment on their account. On failure to receive payment on due date, FRWebservices will send a late payment notification, and again 10 days thereafter. Failure to respond or properly pay due amount within a 30 day period of amounts due will result in deactivation of your hosting account.

Why does it show that I'm being charged by Paradise Weddings?

Paradise Weddings  is our parent company, and our billing goes through them because of their high security policies regarding billing and customer information privacy. Our offices are located in the same building as Paradise Weddings, so instead of incurring additional expenses for duplicate merchant accounts and billing center equipment and personnel which we would have to pass on to our customers, we utilize one billing center for both companies.
